My last thought on this – EIGHT MONTHS LATER – is that car stereos are not a crime. This is just more time in the Buffalo political coliseum dodging lions and wasting time. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if boomin’ bass – instead of poverty, crime and the population drain – was really the big blight of our city?

Sometimes it’s fun to “write cute things” about our local politicians and the way they choose to grossly waste time and money in a city that needs real solutions. Being condescending when someone expresses an opinion that differs with your own won’t solve much either.

I had to post this. On the other side of the Kensington from my neighborhood but you get the idea. Next time you hear some fool riding his bike and yelling the lyrics to some stupid song you can bet he is high. So sick of white people trying to speak for me. Tell me there is no drug problem or that I need some kind of hand out like HUD to live in a better neighborhood. How about jobs?

A man who was stopped by police while out for a walk Wednesday because he had music blasting from a portable radio is facing drug charges after cops say they found him with crack cocaine and marijuana.

Central District Officer Bart Adams said that he stopped Parris Stevens at 10 a.m. on Trenton Avenue near Maryland Street, on the West Side, because loud music was coming from his pink portable music player.

When Adams asked what else he had in his possession, Stevens admitted he had five small bags of marijuana in one of his pockets and Adams arrested him. After Adams transported Stevens to the Erie County Holding Center, he discovered a bag of crack cocaine in the rear seat of his patrol vehicle.

Stevens, 22, of Comstock Avenue, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance for the crack and unlawful possession of marijuana. Officer Thomas Duffy assisted in the arrest.

Really Mr. Kutzbach…. are you saying that you like those booming car stereos that come right through the walls of your house? We dont want other peoples second hand smoke…why do we have to listen to their music being played at unreasonable levels? How about some civility in our civilization? Or are you using blacks as a prop because you dont like Mr. Franczyk? Why is it that with you liberals that anyone that wants to enforce laws is a nazi? Do you even know what the nazis stood for? Have you ever read their positions? First off they were the national SOCIALIST party. Why not just write cute things about bands Mr Kutzbach?

David Franczyk probably gave his speech wearing jack boots. He is scapegoating in the most obvious way. I guess he is living the “totalitarian” life style. He should resign and make it possible for a qualified person to serve on the council.

David Franczyk could then dedicate his time to burning books and threatening journalists, artists, and intellectuals.

PS: why isn’t David Franczyk pictured in his favorite brown shirt?

This is both hilarious and disappointing… guess I’m leading a “gangster lifestyle” ‘coz my ride is capable of around 140dB… its a shame I have the common sense & courtesy to keep it down in residential areas, because they won’t be able to catch me for the other criminal activities I’m probably also involved in!
