If you’re a fan of Wasabi and live in the Southtowns, the Japanese restaurant just opened a third location in Hamburg (complete with full table service, beer & wine, and a sushi bar).

The menu still holds a strong emphasis on Sashimi and Maki with new additions like a summery Sunflower Roll. Starters include Edamame beans seasoned with sea salt, Shrimp Shumai (i.e. dumplings), and Crispy Calamri. Hot entrees from the kitchen vary from Udon & Soba noodles with vegetables to Teriyaki Chicken, Grilled Salmon, and Beef Negimaki served with Miso soup or Green salad. SeaBar will host live jazz and sushi nights starting Friday, November 21st at 8 p.m. (5235 Main Street, Wmsvl, 204.5283). A Cave Springs Riesling Tasting Event will take place at SeaBar’s suburban location on Wednesday, November 9th at 7 p.m. The seven-course dinner, priced at $75.00/guest, will demonstrate how sweet & dry Rieslings pair with each dish. Expect to indulge on Hawaiian tuna, Maine lobster, ebi (shrimp), and diver scallops accentuated by Southeast Asian and South American flare.
