After anticipating it’s opening, Cap Jacks should be called Cap JERKS! A total insult to fish fry loving Buffalonians…WHY, one may ask! A one word answer is appropriate: FROZEN! I hate frozen fish. The sign on their window mentions gone “Ice Fishing”…….what a coincidence LOL. Seriously though, the place sucks. I recommend Caseys on Amherst St or any other of the hundreds of taverns selling “FRESH FISH.”
