Although WNY Restaurant Week is officially over, Fiamma Steak (1735 Hertel Ave, Buffalo, 716-834-2662) has extended the $20.09 fixed-price menu promotion until May 1, 2009! The limited time menu features a choice of Petit Filet Mignon OR Pan Seared Atlantic Salmon served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes & grilled asparagus. Please keep in mind that the offer excludes Saturdays, tax & gratuity.
Fiamma’s also featuring 7 different entrees for under $25.00 including Buttermilk Fried Chicken ($19), Pancetta & Pesto-crusted Atlantic Salmon ($24), and a Prime Double-Cut Pork T-Bone ($19).
If you feel like taking a break from cooking over Easter weekend, Fiamma’s serving a special holiday menu. Appetizers include Smoked Salmon Carpaccio adorned with capers & creamy horseradish vinaigrette ($12) and a Ricotta & Asparagus Frittata ($8). Entrees vary from Filet of Lemon Sole ($22) to Lemon Caper Chicken served w/ garlic mashed potatoes & grilled spring vegetables ($19).
