Monique Watts, whose backyard chicken farm on Buffalo’s West Side caused a minor sensation, recently posted this video update of her chickens, who remain safe in an undisclosed secret location pending a new city ordinance allowing for backyard chicken farms:
Watts says that Niagara District Councilman David Rivera has drafted a new ordinance, which soon will be circulated among the other councilmembers. So it won’t be too long before it comes to a vote.
