Sunglasses: Pattern, wood, goggles, horn-rimmed, large square-shaped, metallic, rose-tinted, mirrored,two-toned, avant-garde, aviator, owl-shaped, large cat-eye, and tortoiseshell frames are big hits for resort wear. Take notice of “Jetson” style frames as seen in Naomi Campbell’s Fashion For Relief and Carolina Herrera’s runway shows. Most coveted, hands down, are Karen Walker frames.

Anna Sui’s collection is influenced by her love for the History Channel’s “Vikings.” Models strutted with Inuit face tattoos and wild tousled hair. She combined Scandinavian influences into her fabrics. Each season leaves you wanting for more. A 1960’s boho undercurrent always punctuates her collections.
KTZ’s Native American influence was a huge hit for Winter. This collection contains leather and suede attire that are one-of-kind pieces. Beaded symbols are complimented by wooden choker necklaces and chunky turquoise necklaces. Take notice of the fringe in the collection.
A Detacher, Mara Hoffman, Monique Lhuillier, Rubin & Chapelle, and Zimmerman all had representations of this trend in their collections.
