Where is law enforcement? Keeffe laid out blueprint of Raniere crimes in recorded talks and emails with Bouchey

In NXIVM’s effort to destroy Barbara Bouchey – making a criminal computer trespass case out of a
molehill  visit to a social media website – while ignoring a mountain of potential evidence against NXIVM founder Keith Raniere – certain facts have come to light.

Perhaps the time has come – if it has not come already – for authorities to investigate the Bronfman/Raniere organization.

The ironies are hard to ignore: Almost every crime the Bronfman/Raniere organization alleges against others are crimes ex NXIVM members allege they, themselves, have committed.

It may be true Bronfman has enough money to keep the FBI, the US Attorney, the NYS Attorney General at bay with their cache of well-connected lawyers and their fabled willingness to invest in friendly politicians and lobbyists who know how to pervert justice almost as well as Keith Raniere knows how to pervert a 15 year old girl.

But we may be approaching a tipping point.

And there is a starting point – – a blueprint – from which authorities can determine where to go to find the truth, if they have the will to find it:

The blueprint lies in three communications – two by phone and one by email – between Kristin Keeffe and Barbara Bouchey.

1. February 12, 2014

Bouchey received a call (which was audiotaped) from Kristin Keeffe, a long standing NXIVM member, and legal liaison who oversaw NXIVM and the Bronfman’s 13 litigations in 4 states with 7 prominent law firms for years.

Keeffe wanted to apologize for the legal attack NXIVM launched against Bouchey and inform her about the wrongful actions taken against her.

Keeffe escaped from NXIVM with her 7 year old son (who is also Raniere’s son – which Raniere tried to keep secret.). Keeffe told Bouchey about what she felt were “massive criminal activities” committed by Rainere,  Salzman, and Clare Bronfman.

2. February 26, 2015

Keeffe sent a copy of an email to Bouchey that Keeffe had sent to NXIVM Albany attorneys, Steve Coffey and Pamela Nichols, and ten NXIVM members.

In that email Keeffe wrote that NXIVM members “knowingly participated, directly or indirectly, in criminal conduct of the most insane order.”

She also said that Raniere “orchestrated crimes at every level of NXIVM operations” and “horribly lied to and/or abused all of my friends.”

Raniere gave direction “to obtain financial records for leverage against every potential anti- NXIVM party. This included getting records for every Judge in every NXIVM related case. Cavanaugh, Falk, Sharpe, Treece, Macevoy, Littlefield, and the Judge in the O’Hara criminal case.”

“Keith began planning his attacks on Bouchey etc. in 2009” and “Keith intended these women (Bouchey) serious, serious, emotional and physical harm.”

Keeffe also claims she told NXIVM attorney Pam Nichols of some of the “goings on” before she left and that she emailed NXIVM attorneys Steve Coffey and Nichols about “three main areas of criminal liability.”

“Clare (Bronfman) and Nancy (Salzman) are like the secretary for Bernie Maddoff” and have “suspended all personal discrimination and judgement and defer to Keith on all things without question,” Keeffe wrote.

3. March 24, 2015

Keeffe called Bouchey again (which is audiotaped) and began giving more details of NXIVM’s alleged criminal activities, and how they operated:

In short it was this:

  1. Raniere illegally hacked into Bouchey’s computer server, banking, Emails and phone records, along with other numerous people (which is ironic since it is the very charge of computer trespass [based on an alleged single visit to a NXIVM website with a password] that Bouchey is charged with)
  1. Raniere committed fraud in the Bronfman-funded litigations
  2. Rainere gave instructions to long-standing NXIVM devotees (stooges? fall guys?), Steve Ose and Ben Myers and his harem member Karen Unterreiner, to wipe their computer server clean and rebuild it while entering fabricated data,
  3. Rainere had these three tamper with evidence submitted during discovery.
  4. Raniere committed fraud at every level, tax evasion, and money-laundering in corporate entities and charities

Keeffe provided Bouchey with third party providers that could be subpoenaed to validate these claims:  Email account names, fax numbers, dates, facts, banking information, people involved, charities fraud, corporate money laundering, abuses, and their illegal hacking into people’s banking, computer, phone and Email accounts.

If this is true – crimes have been committed.

Tax Evasion: Inside NXIVM source talks about money laundering!

Are the authorities already looking into this? Or is this all unsubstantiated nonsense?

You be the judge.

A source tells me:

There are many people who have helped Keith Raniere, Clare Bronfman and Sara Bronfman move money.

Clare and Sara have actually become worried about all the bad press they get and they have been putting pressure on the group to find other rich people to contribute.

The Salinas children have been instrumental in helping to ‘clean’ cash in America coming from Mexico.

I am sure their father, former Mexican President Carlos Salinas de Gortari, does not know about it and is not involved because people around Keith have talked a lot about how important it is to keep it from the father.

In America, Jim Holland (co-founder of has used his millions to help Keith get money ‘laundered’.

I don’t know exactly how it works but I have been in and heard many discussions where his name was brought up and he has already sent a lot of money to Keith.

I don’t know how Holland gets the money to Keith but Keith, Clare and Sara have been very excited that maybe the press will see this as somebody new who has millions and is working with Keith, instead of just Sara and Clare.

They have also tried to shift attention to people like Allison Mack (actress) and Richard Branson (founder of Virgin companies) and other celebrities in the hopes that Sara and Clare won’t be seen as zombie robots who give Keith anything he wants, which is actually true. (They give him everything he wants.)

Jim Holland and his wife have been to Fiji and Mexico many times and I think that was part of the process of getting them to start using their money to help the cause.

I think they take a lot of people to these resort type places and make them feel comfortable and then convince them to help with cash. They never call it ‘laundering’ of course.

I heard Branson went to Fiji and he may help with cash too although I have not heard his name for a long time and I think he may have gotten away from the groups because he figured out what the scam is. But he could still be involved.

People like Sara and Clare and Nancy Salzman still throw his name around a lot even though he has not been to any group ‘functions’ in a long time that I know of.

Jim Holland seems like he is their highest hope right now. He and his wife are the rising stars. They are the only really rich people that I know of that have ever got involved sexually with the groups.

Keith, Nancy, Clare and Sara see look and him and his wife, Ana Lee, almost like trophies because they have become so involved and are so loyal. They are sort of being treated like royalty which only happens for the people who have given a lot of money. But there has been a lot of talk about how the Jim Holland money is helping the group get around some of it’s ‘tax problems’. I have never heard that kind of talk about any of the other people who have given money to the groups so that makes some of us think it is being hidden.

Keith, Clare and Sara are well aware of how much tax trouble they are going to face and they are doing anything they can to ‘clean the books’ before it all comes out.

Tax Evasion by Raniere, NXIVM?; Dones Deposition Reviewed Part #1

While some NXIVM -watchers have read Susan Dones five year old deposition (11/23/2010), the mention of it by a reader prompted me to take a good look at it.

It bears study for those considering following in her footsteps.

Dones was the owner of the Tacoma NXIVM center; a field trainer, proctor, salesperson and head trainer for NXIVM.

As such she had a marvelous insider’s view of the organization.

The next several posts are excerpts from her deposition.

She is being questioned by NXIVM attorney Robert Crockett.

Dones was trying to file bankruptcy and was being opposed by NXIVM.

She represented herself.

Part # 1 is on Tax Evasion

(Crockett) Q: Do you believe that NXIVM has a twisted view of ethics?

(Dones) A: I do.

Q: And how so?

A: Because they teach ethics, but in my opinion, a lot of things that they teach are not moral. …  they’ll teach one thing, and then their behavior shows a completely different thing.

Q: … What do they teach that’s twisted?

A:  Well, one of the things that they talk about is …taxes…

Q: Have you ever seen any written course material from NXIVM saying, “Don’t pay taxes”?

A: …. on one of the videos… Nancy Salzman talks about … not paying taxes….

Q: ….Have you ever seen any written materials handed out to students advocating nonpayment of taxes?

A:  No, no written materials….. In the case of the Washington State Department of Revenue…. (Nancy Salzman) asked me if I paid my B&O taxes,* and I said, “Of course I pay my B&O taxes**. … Why are you even asking?” She said, “We’re having a problem with the state department of revenue, and I wanted to make sure that you paid your B&O taxes before we dealt with this because we didn’t want to get you in trouble.” And I said, “Well, what’s going on?” She said, “I can’t tell you at this particular time.” And then when we were through with that part of the conversation, she said, “Why do you pay your taxes?” like it was some bad thing to do. Barbara Jeske, [now deceased] the highest ranking member of NXIVM, brags about the fact that she’s off the radar with the IRS and has not paid taxes for years”….

Q:  What other things did you observe that caused you to think that the behavior of the NXIVM officers deviated from what they actually taught?

A: I believe that NXIVM has collected cash that they don’t claim….. They have a cafe. … an unlicensed cafe at their training facility….  They collect cash… I’ve been told by several people that they don’t claim their cash….

Q: Who told you that?

A: One is Nancy Salzman.  One is Barbara Bouchey.

Q: Nancy Salzman actually told you they don’t declare -they don’t pay taxes on the cash they collect from their little cafe?

A: Right. She also told me that they bring cash across the border from Mexico that they don’t claim.

Q: Nancy Salzman told you that?

A: Yes…..

Q: ….(Do) you believe that NXIVM has adopted (Barbara Jeske’s) views of government tax (evasion)?

A: No. I believe that Barbara Jeske has adopted Keith’s

Q: Has she told you that this is what Keith believes

A: Yes. –

Q: We don’t pay taxes?

A: Yes.

It is measured on the value of products, gross proceeds of sale, or gross income of the business.Washington, unlike many other states, does not have an income tax.Washington’s B&O tax is calculated on the gross income from activities.

** Dones also said in her deposition: I think that Nancy lying, or whoever did to the Washington State Department of Revenue, about licensing their program to third-party people …  there’s a cycle of abuse that takes place.

NY to raise minimum wage today; when/if it comes, $15 min. wage will likely destroy jobs

14005293714669New York is one of 16 states increasing minimum wages for 2016.

New York state’s base minimum wage will rise from $8.75 an hour to $9. Fast-food workers minimum wage rises to $10.50 in New York City and $9.75 elsewhere in the state.

The base h
ourly rate for restaurant servers and other tipped workers will increase to $7.50.

The increase in the minimum wage was passed by lawmakers in 2013. The raises for fast-food employees and tipped workers were approved this year by Gov. Andrew Cuomo.

Cuomo wants to phase in a $15 minimum for all workers, a proposal lawmakers will debate next year.

Generally minimum wage hikes give employers a combination of three choices: Take less profits, raise prices for consumers or lay off some employees.

If it is fair that people should get $15 an hour for working at, for example, a fast food restaurant, then people should be willing to pay more money for fast food products.

The increase in labor costs for example of a fast food restaurant which has 10 full time employees who will get a $5 increase will cost the fast food restaurant $100,000 per year.

Clearly the entire $100,000 will not be offset by the owner taking less profits.

Some will likely go toward increased prices of hamburgers and some through not hiring new or laying off workers.

A $15 minimum wage is going to destroy many jobs.

Book: ‘The Clintons’ War on Women’ details Bill’s ‘Rapes,’ Hillary’s Hypocritical Cover-ups’

This is the stunning expose that could shake up the 2016 Presidential race.

Roger Stone (below) is a veteran Republican strategist who worked for Richard Nixon and Ronald Reagan, and he published a book earlier this year titled “The Clintons’ War on Women” in which he accuses Bill Clinton of being a serial philanderer and a rapist who he compared to the disgraced comedian Bill Cosby.

Author Roger Stone’s expose could shake up the 2016 Presidential race. His best seller details how Bill raped women and Hilary covered up for him. The book appears to be growing legs faster than those Bill chased.

THE CLINTONS’ WAR ON WOMEN by Roger Stone is, according to its press release, “the gripping true story of the vicious sexual assault and rape of dozens innocent women by Bill Clinton and the terror campaign by Hillary to discredit, degrade and silence these women.

“Hillary Clinton is running for president as an ‘advocate of women and girls,’ but the hypocritical way she treated women in her personal quest for power could only be described as waging a war on women.

“In the stunning exposé, The Clintons’ War On Women, reveals how Bill and Hillary Clinton systematically abuse women and others – sexually, physically, and psychologically – in their scramble for power and wealth.#1 Bestseller on Amazon.”

Stone was affiliated with campaign of Donald Trump but later resigned.

Meantime Stone encouraged criticism of Hilary Clinton on social media while promoting his book.

DiPizio Construction Co. Wins Major Appellate Court Ruling on Canalside Suit

DiPizio Construction Co. Wins Major Appellate Court Ruling on Canalside Suit

by Tony Farina

The local construction company suing the state over its termination as the Canalside contractor in July of 2013 has won a major victory in the Appellate Division of State Supreme Court.

In a unanimous ruling handed down last week, the court reinstated DiPizio Construction’s claim that the president of the state’s Erie Canal Harbor Development Corporation (ECHDC) may have lacked the legal authority to terminate DiPizio from the $20 million replica canal project without authorization in the form of a vote from the Board of Directors, something DiPizio’s lawyers contend never happened.

“The court’s decision calls into question whether the termination by ECHDC President Dee was valid or not,” said Michael Ferdman, the attorney who argued the appeal for the DiPizio firm.  “We’re very pleased with this decision, we won.”

Dee had notified DiPizio by letter in May of 2013 that ECHDC intended to remove the company from the job, which it did in July, because it was falling behind construction schedule and not meeting its obligations on materials and with coordinating work with subcontractors.

Ferdman called the termination notice a political document issued to cover up “the bad faith administration of the construction agreement” that forced long delays and drove up “not just DiPizio Construction Co.’s costs, but taxpayers’ costs.”

In addition to construction costs, the state has been paying millions of taxpayer dollars in legal fees to the Phillips Lytle law firm to defend itself against the lawsuit by the local contractor which maintains it has been severely damaged by the negative publicity it received as a result of its termination that was well promulgated by ECHDC at the time which was trying to blame DiPizio for falling behind the schedule laid out by Albany for the replica canal project.

The appellate court ruling in favor of DiPizio sets aside the summary judgment issued by State Supreme Court Justice Timothy Walker in January of 2014 in favor of ECHDC.

Walker had basically decided that the Board of Trustees had ratified the termination (without a vote), ruling they had been notified and had sufficient information from Dee and understood the issues.  After that decision, Ferdman took depositions from board members—in a related action– and found “they did not know there were design changes and design errors” by ECHDC and had only heard from Dee that problems and delays were all DiPizio’s fault.

The latest ruling, says Ferdman, means the court decided there are triable issues of what the board understood and calls into question whether the termination by Dee was valid or not.

In its ruling, the Appellate Division said despite ECHDC’s bylaws and the presumption that the board’s president had the authority to enter into and terminate contracts in the ordinary course of business and that no formal vote was required, “there are triable issues of fact whether a formal vote of the Board was required.”

Now that DiPizio’s complaint has been reinstated in front of Walker, Ferdman is hoping the case will eventually go in front of jury that will have the opportunity to hear all the evidence and decide whether the termination of the construction firm with a solid 37-year history of satisfactory work was properly authorized or not.

The costs to taxpayers for the legal battle are soaring, and the construction company is also paying plenty to defend itself and try to recover its reputation through the courts.  Veteran court observers suggest the Appellate Division ruling in favor of DiPizio could help boost the possibility of a settlement, but no word yet from ECHDC on the ruling or possible settlement efforts.
