YAK Car Pic of the Day

The 1973 Plymouth Valiant was always a sensible, reliable car. Maybe that’s why, once the Duster coupe replaced the two-door sedan version, it pretty much left the Valiant in its… dust. Who wants sensible when you can have something that looks better? Lol. This gold four-door, which looks like it was purchased new at Schmitt’s Garage in Bowmansville, was seen during better weather in the Town of Niagara.

    Now that’s old ladyish.

    • Looks like a liberal would drive that.

Wonderful, simple cars- though Plymouth had dropped the Signet trim level several years before (I’m thinking after the 1969 model year) instead just adding trim and features as part of various options packages.
