YAK Car Pic of the Day

KONICA MINOLTA DIGITAL CAMERA

They didn’t fool around when producing the brochure for this 1960 Buick Electra 225 convertible: a blurb at the bottom of one of the pages announces that the womens’ fashions contained were from Bergdorf Goodman, while the mens’ came from Brooks Brothers. In 1960 I believe my own wardrobe came from Neisner’s. Feh! This white deuce-and-a-half drop-top was photographed at last year’s inaugural Buffalo History Museum Antique and Classic Car Show — which, coincidentally, will take place again tomorrow (Sunday the 3rd) from noon-4 pm. Be there already!
