YAK Car Pic of the Day

KONICA MINOLTA DIGITAL CAMERA

Yesterday we mentioned last year’s inaugural Antique and Classic Car Show at The Buffalo History Museum; we also showed you a blue car with a red interior from another show in Saratoga Springs. So — here’s a car from that History Museum show, a 1947 Buick Super convertible. In blue with a red interior. Hah! I still don’t see why they can’t produce colorful cars like this today. With the upgrade in technology you’d think it would be simpler to do, but n-o-o-o, the automakers think everyone wants black, white, red, and five-gazillion shades of gray/silver. B-o-r-r-r-i-n-g!
