YAK Car Pic of the Day

Seeing that this photo was taken back in May, the owner of this 1970 Chevrolet Corvette is excused for not having the top down. The L46 in the vanity license plate refers to the car’s engine, a 350CID V-8. As any Vettophile can tell you, the LT-1 was also a 350 CID V-8, so, what’s the diff? For the answer I’ll refer you to the Corvette forum, where true believers throw around words like “pushrod guide plates,” “hardened ‘pink’ rods,” and “solid lifters.” Way over my head. Saw this one in Ransomville.
