YAK Car Pic of the Day

The final Oldsmobile Cutlass models were made for model years 1997-98. Or were they? These last Cutlasses were really not much more than Chevy Malibus with different trim, grilles, and taillights — which was seemingly Oldsmobile taking a page from the Pontiac playbook (see “History of Failed GM Nameplates” to see how that worked out for them). This black last-gasp Cutlass can be seen regularly in downtown Niagara Falls, where its yellow rims set it apart from most other cars in any parking lot it happens to be in.
