Not sure how the setup of this 1986 Chevy Caprice Classic would work as a winter driver, but it didn’t matter much when I took this pic last summer in Niagara Falls. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again… someday I’m going to stop one of these guys and ask for a ride. I’m dying to know how the big wheels on the minuscule rubber handle on the road.

    I think they do help explain the incidence of rollovers occurring on sunny, dry days.

    Always loved the late 80’s Caprice. My hometown bought four of ’em for the PD and one for the Fire Chief, and the sight of that fireapple red chief car screaming to calls with twin lollipop lights on top brings on the heavy wist for this car.

    Well, not this car as in the one pictured, just the model in general.
