YAK Car Pic of the Day

KONICA MINOLTA DIGITAL CAMERA

This 1955 Packard Four Hundred is resting, rather uncomfortably I’d say, in a Lewiston front yard where I’m guessing — guessing, mind you, that it’s for sale. The Four Hundred name was revived under the new joint Studebaker-Packard relationship for the ’55 and ’56 model years, and was positioned between the Patrician and the pricey Caribbean — none of which should be confused with the (Packard) Clippers which were/weren’t Packards. There. Is that all clear? Questions? You know where to find me. — Jim Corbran, You Auto Know
