SUNY Chancellor Zimpher’s $2.7 Million Annual Slush Fund

Albany Times Union reporter James Odoto reveals how the Chancellor of the State University of New York has been spending lavishly on outside consultants, lobbyists, strategic planners and on and on—instead of using the talent already within the state university system.
