YAK Car Pic of the Day

Buy yourself this 1987 BMW M6, and it’s not likely the parking valet will ever confuse your car with someone else’s. The M6 was sold from 1983 through 1989, with a worldwide production total of just over 5,800 cars — only 1,767 of which found their way to North America. Rare, indeed. Under the hood is a 3.5-liter inline-six, mated to a five-speed manual transmission. I love the shape of this coupe; I hate the BBS wheels and the low-profile rubber. This one’s for sale in an Amherst driveway.
