YAK Car Pic of the Day

.

.

Been running into (well, not literally) a lot of old Jaguars lately. Like this 1960 Jaguar MK2 sedan, seen over the summer in North Tonawanda. When most people think 50-year-old Jaguar, they think E-Type or XKE. But the sedans were pretty plush rides back in the day; interiors all full of leather and real wood. Pretty handsome cars, I’d say, although I can’t imagine what it takes to maintain one these days. The MK2 was produced from 1959-67.
