YAK Car Pic of the Day

This 1967 Chevy Impala SS definitely has a V-8 under the hood. Whether it’s the 283, 327, or 396 you can’t tell from these photos. For sure though, by the shape of the fender emblem, it’s not likely the 427. Chevy touted the SS (Super Sport) as having “lean-muscled looks,” as opposed to the ’67 Biscayne which they told us “takes the cake for handsome styling on a bread-winner’s budget.” I guess one can be both lean-muscled and handsome. Don’t I know it! Hah! This straight-looking SS was seen last week in the Town of Cambria. Click here to see all of the ’67 full-sized Chevys.
