YAK Car Pic of the Day

There seems to be a pattern developing here. This 1975 Lincoln Continental makes it about a half-dozen old Lincolns spotted in the last week or so. This one’s a bit gaudier than yesterday’s ’61, but that interior sure looks inviting for a long vacation drive now doesn’t it? This one, which is for sale, was seen this past week in two different locations in the Town of Niagara.

Guess Max just doesn’t appreciate fine iron. I know of many big-car enthusiasts in countries like Sweden and Norway who happily pay 7-8 dollars a gallon to fill up their Riviera, Wildcat or Lincoln/Cadillac for a club excursion. Owning a collector/antique/muscle car is not for the faint of heart or the light of wallet. Just another expense.
