    UB’s decision to save Western New York by moving the Med School downtown is unlikely to help much with the deterioration of University Heights. But what’s good for Ciminelli Construction is good for Western New York, no matter what.

    Aren’t the UB Police public safety officers?  How can the NFTA’s Police patrol city streets, Canisius College’s Police patrol city streets to protect their students. The UB police have the same power that these public safety officers have.
