Remarkable! A 1979 Ford Pinto station wagon which has neither rusted into oblivion, nor exploded into the high heavens! This blue beauty, complete with snow tires on the rear, was seen this past Friday in a driveway as I passed through the Town of Wilson. I really can’t laugh too hard about Pintos, as I owned both a 1974 hatchback, and a 1977 Mercury version called the Bobcat. Bought them both brand new, and as I remember, kept both of them less than a year each. It wasn’t them though, it was me. See all of the ’79 Pintos, and pick out your favorite, right here.
