YAK Car Pic of the Day

Okay, so in honor of The Missus and my trip downtown last night to the Buffalo Irish Festival (still going on today, by the way), here’s a mid-to-late 1960s Wolseley 16/60 sedan, which passed us by on the streets of Adare, Ireland during our 2007 family trip to the Emerald Isle. With typically strange (to us anyway) British styling, and perhaps the ultimate in badge-engineering, the 16/60 was also sold with different grilles and taillights by BMC (British Motor Corporation) as the Austin Cambridge, M.G. Magnette Mark III, Morris Oxford, and the Riley 4/Sixty-Eight. Shades of GM! And how do you like that crazy two-toning?
