YAK Car Pic of the Day

What’s a car show without at least one of these? This 1966 Chevy Corvette Sting Ray coupe is one of 9,958 produced, and is wearing one of the nicest set of factory rims to ever come out of Detroit. I’ve always preferred the look of the ’63s with their split rear window, but I suppose this design is more practical — considering how much time ‘Vette drivers spend looking in their rearview mirrors at both the competition, and at certain sedans with flashing red lights. This one was seen at this weekend’s car show at the fairgrounds in Lockport.
