YAK Car Pic of the Day

Like I said yesterday, it’s summer, and lo and behold it’s another 1957 Chevy — this one is a Bel Air hardtop, which can be seen daily parked in front of a restaurant on Niagara Falls Boulevard in Tonawanda. Besides the striking red paint, this one’s got the factory skirts and spinner wheel covers. It’s one of the most popular collector cars out there. When I was a kid my Uncle Joe had a ’57 Bel Air convertible in Dusk Pearl, a really cool car, especially to an eight-year-old who was crazy about cars .
