The Niagara Frontier Radio Reading Service broadcasts readings of newspapers, magazines, books, and all manner of printed material for the benefit of the visually impaired. The all-volunteer organization has been broadcasting 24/7 since 1987, providing more than 200,000 hours of programming.
Today and tomorrow (June 10 & 11) you can help them out and get a good bargain on thousands of books, books on tape and CD, records, videos, CDs, cassettes, and much more at the Book & Media Super Sale at 1199 Harlem Road (in Cheektowaga, Between William and Clinton). The sale runs 8am-4pm each day. Donations of material for sale are welcome. For more information, call 821-5555.
