Nothing to See Here

The Ellicott Square Building was briefly evacuated this afternoon, allegedly due to a death threat made against state gubernatorial candidate Carl Paladino. I got the tip at 1pm, but by 1:30pm, when I got there, everything seemed back to normal. Nice weather for a walk though, and faster than the subway.

Not only is there nothing to see at Ellicott Square but also in Artvoice about your perverted little friend Carl Paladino.  What kind of news organization completely ignores the biggest local story of the year so far?
Wow. VERY telling guys. VERY telling.

Hey, and what about the Central Library being evacuated for a bomb threat at about 1pm Wednesday April 14th. I work there and everyone returned to the library after supposed police agencies brought their bomb sniffers(dogs) and after a “thorough sweep of the premises” gave the reported, of course third hand info to us Erie County Public Library wage slaves(“you’re lucky to have a job to begin with- and get paid minimum wage too”). My complaint being not a single representative of the library, the county, BPD, BFD, ATF, My mf’in Human resource director or the Cheif Financial offficer/Head of security could not even publicly state befor we re-entered the building that it was safe for reentry. Just the blind following the miopic. Oh by the way you’re not allowed to ask questions in a public arena even though they say “we encourage open dialogue. To weed out the troublemakers and make their jobs easier maybe?
