Not exactly in the grass, but on the pavement, this 1973 Mustang convertible
was recently spotted sitting behind an Elma, N.Y. collision shop. Didn’t look like it needed anything other than getting the stock wheels and tires back on, so maybe it’s in for some restoration work (I know when I was 35 years old I could have used a bit myself!); or who knows, maybe it doesn’t even run — but it sure looks good sitting there, especially on a nice, sunny day! Prices for the 1973 Mustang convertible started at around $3,102. If you were too cheap to spend that much, you could still get a new coupe for just $2,760. And if you did, you’re probably one of thousands who’s saying right now “I wish I’d kept that car!”
