The fact that Edwards is humbled by his awful performance is not a silver lining at all. That's like saying: "sure, my financial advisor lost my entire investment because, as it turns out, he is a bad financial advisor. But, at least he knows it and wants to improve and can identify the many ways in which he is deficient." Very well written, but fluffy analysis. Smug rip on Lewis. Completely different situations.
