I am not. how it can possibly be funny that a house got 43 summonses for noise, I don't know. I suspect a LOT of people live next to that house. and what happened to that house? did their summonses get thrown out like "most of them"? is this a good use of police time? aarrrggghhh check out Brian Meyer’s article today on this topic. am I supposed to feel better because of this? amused?
