how it can possibly be funny that a house got 43 summonses for noise, I don&#039;t know. I suspect a LOT of people live next to that house. and what happened to that house? did their summonses get thrown out like &quot;most of them&quot;? is this a good use of police time? aarrrggghhh</description>
