It is listed that the Citizen Rights & Community Relations Dept. had 5 calls. It is unclear how this information is, in and of itself, at all helpful or informative of anything. For instance, in order speak officially with someone in that Department you have to file a complaint in writing with the office and can't do it over the telephone so who cares that 5 people called them about a problem May?
