Williams is obviously sought after in better places than Buffalo. This is typical of Buffalo, the insecure people here will try to poke holes in the good people and run them out of town in order to make room for less qualified local insiders. This is why Buffalo never can turn things around. In the end, we will lose a highly qualified and sought after person and be left with a currupt school board and an appointed flunkie from the local talentless pool. If Buffalo cared, the Partnership would cough up some cash and match any offer Memphis makes to keep Williams here. Memphis is a much better job than Buffalo.
