Black and Blue had been eliminated from the top 5 because someone identified it as a chain; however, it was reinstated when we realized it is a regional chain, based in Rochester, and the Western New York restaurant was only its second outpost. However, the reinstatement to the top 5 did not make it into the print paper last week, because of our editorial negligence. Sorry about that. That was an editing error, for which I apologize.
